    • For non-fault related returns, mattresses incur a £20.00 return fee, to cover shipping and handling. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
    • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
    • Please note mattresses must be returned in all of their original packaging and we are not able to accept returns for mattress that have been opened.
