Most creaks come from fixings that have settled. Re-tighten every bolt, and check the mattress rails are fully screwed into the front barrier as shown in your guide.

Look up your order above and tap Start a return. Choose the items and boxes, tell us why, confirm the terms, and we’ll give you a FedEx return label for every box to download and print, then you arrange the collection or drop-off with FedEx. A £9.99 return shipping fee applies if you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or finish. Returns must be started within 30 days of dispatch.

Once we’ve processed it, allow 2–3 days for the money to reach your account.

Look up your order above and tap Request a part. Choose the product, tick the parts you need (the names match your assembly guide), tell us what happened and add a photo. If a part is missing, lay out everything you do have in the photo and check every box first. We’ll reply within 2 working days and, if it’s approved, send the parts free of charge. Sending damaged parts back is optional, and we’d arrange it after your replacement arrives.
