The shelf itself is great but honestly wouldn’t order again. Delivery was shocking - zero communication and I had to chase countless times. Kept being told it would be dispatched on x date and then it never was. it ended up taking about 5 weeks. Which would have been totally fine if I’d been told that but I wasn’t and ended up wasting tons of time just trying to find out what was happening. It was just a massive hassle to actually get the product and it ended up being so so late. Nice shelf but not worth the pain.

Had it constructed by a professional carpenter who was working in our house at the time. Aesthetically looks great but the side with the entry gap is not very robust. The dowels over time have loosened and now the side is very wobbly with no hope of fixing it really. Wouldn’t purchase again sadly.
Lovely solid bed. Brilliant quality and beautiful curved edges. My son and I love it for cosleeping and building his independent to get in and out himself. Initially the construction instructions were a bit overwhelming. I video link or label of the number parts would have helped a bit but we got there in the end.
My little one loves this bed! Sleeps all night, we got the matching mattress for this too and it is so comfortable for him. Staff were brilliant as they managed to get an upgraded version for us as it was already in the workshop ready to ship, FOC, rather than what we ordered originally. Came within 7 days. Would recommend
See honestly love the bed! It’s great build quality very good, well finished the only thing I would suggest is a block of timber at the opening. Just to add a drop of support to the two sides maybe 4/6inches high the sides are quite flimsy that don’t have corner pieces . Customer service was amazing Alex and Matt were brilliant I made a mistake in the address and they were so efficient in getting my order sorted and delivered to me. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from roomix again
We love our floor bed although it was hard work to build it, but we didn’t have lots of tools 😂 we are very happy with the quality and look of the bed. I didn’t appreciate the plastic packaging though.

The bed itself is lovely, excellent quality. For the price, I was surprised how time consuming and complicated the construction was - I had expected it to arrive in a more constructed state. It was worse than an IKEA flat pack but far more expensive! That’s our only complaint.
The bed is great, manual easy for assembly. We paid for a quick delivery and were disappointed with that service because the bed didn’t arrive before Christmas where it should have due to the extra amount spent. I was in contact with customer service who advised that I missed the order deadline for a pre Christmas delivery. Unfortunately this information wasn’t available to me prior to spending £40.
Very pleased with the double floor bed we have purchased for our toddler. He absolutely loves it. Fairly simple to put up, instructions don’t make it sure clear where there are slight differences for size and side of opening (when they aren’t as standard) but we were able to work it out. Great quality and also looks fab.

The bed looks great and is very comfortable. It took a while to put together as all the bars and slats come as individual pieces that all need to be pieced together. It was straightforward though, just took a while. Unfortunately one of the holes wasn’t drilled deep enough so one of the metal fixings can’t be attached properly, but other than that it’s great and we are having better sleep already.
Very easy to assemble and my son was immediately happy to jump on it once it was ready! Easy to move around if needed. Love it.
We ordered a single sized floor bed with rounded everything for our 3 month old so I could side lie feed her then just roll away. It's brilliant. The bed is beautifully made, everything is super smooth and fitted together perfectly. The slats are screwed to the bed which means they don't squeak or creek; this is very helpful when putting a baby down to sleep.

The bed looks nice. Unfortunately it’s not as stable as I would have thought considering it’s for toddlers. Quite difficult to put together. We were given the wrong instructions which delayed putting the bed together, but when requested, a PDF copy of the correct instructions were sent. It’s a nice bed but I wish it was sturdier.

Assembling this bed was a lot of work. Almost 200 dowels and a considerable number of stud fasteners took a long time to put together. Once built, the bed looks great, and I'm sure our visiting grand-daughter will enjoy her 'big girl bed'!
Exactly as described, sturdy materials and worth the money. Delivery took a while but I received regular emails keeping me updated on dispatch dates. My daughter loves it so thank you 😆
Its a good quality item but it was difficult to put together and so the connections aren't tight. It works fine and does the job needed and looks great. Just a shame about how difficult it is to put together

Brilliant quality bed. We've not managed to transition our daughter into it yet but she loves snuggling up and reading books there. It's also proving very useful for me to sleep on when my daughter is sick, (which is a lot since starting nursery!) Means I can actually get some sleep. Wish we had bought it much sooner as would have been brilliant for co-sleeping on those difficult nights once she could roll over.
I had been debating buying one of these for our 7 month old for a while as I didn’t want to go from the crib to a cot, instead preferring the idea of a floor bed for independence and durability/longevity. I am so glad that I did! Delivery and customer care were brilliant, the assembly was straightforward and clear and the quality is beautiful. My daughter absolutely loves it and sleeps like a dream? 100% reccommend.
It's a beautiful, sturdy and functional toddler bed. Our older kid has a similar bed from a different company, and the one from Roomix is clearly of higher quality and was easier to assemble.
Our son lives his bed. Very pleased - if I could offer perhaps some constructive criticism. This is perhaps a little to much flex/movment on the joins where the gap is for the entrance into the bed. Perhaps a stronger joint here would help

The bed itself is great - my only issue was that although I had ordered a bed with a right sided opening (and this is what was delivered), the instructions were for a bed with a L sided opening and whilst I managed to work it out, it would have been better to have instructions for the bed itself.

After a terrible experience with another bed company we ordered with Roomix. We received the bed on the date we were told we would and it did not disappoint. The bed is beautifully made and our daughter loves it. She’s sleeping so much better at night and she loves going to bed now. If you’re thinking about buying a floor bed from roomix and contemplating other companies as well, we would say stop looking and buy the Roomix bed. You’ll be glad you did. The beds are expertly made and you can see that time has been spent making the perfect bed. The customer service is also fantastic. All in all a fantastic company and amazing beds.

Such a beautiful bed! Woodwork finish is amazing! Did find some of the parts difficult to put in as they seemed to short! The sides where the is entrance could be slightly more stable as they wobble a little. But overall it’s a beautiful bed!

Good little bed for a toddler. Since the side with the opening doesn’t have as much support, the fence isn’t as stable and does wobble slightly.

While I like the end result of the bed, it came in 57 pieces, which took a long time to put together. It would have been nice if the sides were pre-assembled. There were also screws missing, but we luckily had some similar at home so we could finishing putting the bed together. The delivery time took a long time and it was inconvenient that the mattress arrived 6 weeks before the bed.

My 15 month old has always disliked the cot and never slept through the night. He now loves his new Roomix floor bed and happily goes to bed every night, and has also slept through the night on multiple occasions! Roomix were reliable and very communicative throughout the buying and shipping process, everything was shipped on time and we were very happy with the quality of the bed and mattress. It was easy to put together and has given us all back our sleep! Overall a very happy customer!
Customer service was brilliant, Alex answered all my questions and made the process very easy considering the number of personalisation requests we had. Arrived within timeframe and is perfect. Assembly was easy and our three year old was able to help build their own bed, adding to the excitement. Would highly recommend!

Love the bed, quality product and support staff were excellent in helping us to customise so it will be perfect for our daughter now and into her future years. My only slight disappointment was around delivery timescales which slipped into the following week - not a huge problem and there’s priority delivery you can pay for if needed but I felt for the money (compared to similar products) the wait was long enough and shouldn’t have needed extra time. Overall though very happy now it’s arrived!
As we spoke via video, no complaints really. Initially was overwhelmed when opening the box. But instructions were easy to follow. I could have put the bed up myself I'd side pieces were already put together. However, had to have two people regardless to assemble the side pieces. We did have six missing dowels, but was easy to assemble despite having to purchase some extras from Screwfix, but that's human error I can only presume in the factory, which is completely understandable. Very satisfied with the bed!
