What is it used for?

A versatile table for sensory play such as sand, water, and crafts. This can also be used as a regular tabletop once covers are placed.

Can this be used as a Montessori sensory table?

Yes! It works as a full sensory table for kids. Remove the lids and fill the bins with sand, water, rice, kinetic sand, or craft supplies for hands-on sensory play. Pop the lids back on and it converts to a flat desk for homework or drawing.

The open-ended design aligns with Montessori principles of hands-on, self-directed sensory exploration. The child-height table with accessible storage encourages independence and creativity.

How long does assembly take?

Typical assembly time is between 10-25 minutes, depending on your experience.

Does it fold for storage?

Yes! The table folds down to a compact height (~11 cm) for storage. Please make sure to remove the storage tubs before folding.

What sensory materials can I use in the bin?

The acrylic bins work with sand, water, dried rice or pasta, kinetic sand, playdough, water beads, and small craft supplies. Always supervise children under 3 with small materials.
