Amazing customer service amazing product would buy from them again
The mattress itself is great and of good quality and it arrived promptly. However it wasn’t until we opened it (which was delayed due to the bed being delayed) that we realised we had been sent the incorrect size and so did not fit the bed. This spoilt the event of my son transitioning into a new bed. Although customer service were prompt and helpful, we then had to wait while a new mattress was dispatched. To add to this, we were expected to package the incorrect mattress for collection, without any appropriate packaging, all without any offer of compensation for the inconvenience and unrealistic expectation of repackaging a mattress which was out of our control.

Mattress is comfortable.
Good mattress! But it was hard to find a sheet for 15 cm thick mattress and it doesn’t fit exactly in the floor bed, so I’m a bit worried that my daughter will get her leg/arm stuck between mattress and frame.

A comfortable mattress
Mattress seems great! We are still waiting on the bed but we have had a nap in the mattress and it seems very comfy and cosy. My toddler seems to really like it. We just found the packaging a bit confusing as it said it was a different mattress but the box was incorrect.

We haven’t been able to use the mattress yet as it’s only half the order. We are waiting for the bed we ordered to be delivered. I have also paid for a quicker delivery on the bed.
