lovely looking bed, we ordered single and doble with drawers. the double bed dowers have wrong instructions so had to be be put apart and rebuild which is a shame considering the price of the full set. both beds even though are fully tightened are very squeaky. I'm co sleeping so this is affecting my sleep comfort hence 4 stars and again I expected better considering the price of it. Visually the bed is beautiful.

Beautiful bed, my son loves it, and so do I. We ordered one single with drawers and a double with drawers. Both super creaky that’s why minutes the star. Is there anyway of improving this / fixing this problem? It’s all tighten up so no way our assembly impacted this
Bed looks good however once assembled really quite creaky. Does the job, child seems happy on it and easy to settle them down in it. Just wish it wasn’t so creaky.

Store owner replied: I'm so sorry to hear this! As a result of this feedback, we have raised this with our designer and workshop who have reviewed this thoroughly. They have identified that if the front mattress barrier support rail was not tightened very thoroughly, there could be some movement in this rail when in use and therefore cause a slight noise. We have since ensured that all of our mattress rails are both glued and screwed in the workshop - however, we recommend customers who assembled this component themselves to tighten their mattress rails when creaking occurs.
Advertised delivery date on the website was incorrect and we have not received any communication until we queried this when delivery didn’t arrive. Luckily, after couple of emails this issue was swiftly sorted by the customer service team and we received bed with slight delay. Bed looks nice and sturdy. Bit creaky though? Not sure if that’s expected and will stop after some use? Also, we ordered natural bed and after unpacking we realised we received white one! It was too late to make a complaint or send it back, so we stuck with it. It’s still nice, but we would preferred to get what we ordered. Leaving only 3 stars due to the above issues.
Lovely bed for my toddler. He can get in and out as he likes without me worrying about him falling out. It’s also big enough for me to get in.
This is generally a nice bed, but the add-on drawers are a nightmare and there is a translation or language error in step 1 of putting the drawers together. If you follow these instructions, you WILL end up mounting the carcass incorrectly and have to un-do it later on. Shame as the bed itself and the legs are well made, thought out, and easy to construct, but the drawers feel like a somewhat decently made piece of Chinese factory add on.
I have assembled a lot of flat pack furniture and this was by far the most confusing item I've had to assemble. The instructions referred to numbered pieced but it wasn't clear which piece was which. It was only through trial and error that I worked it out. Also the video on the website showed a different order of assembly to the printed manual. Please improve your instruction manual and make a video which shows the same order of assembly!
What Started as a Disappointing Experience Ended on a Much Better Note Our experience with Roomix got off to a very disappointing start. The delivery of our bed was delayed, communication was poor, and we struggled to get clear, consistent information about our order. Part of the bed arrived without any indication of when the remaining parts would be delivered, and initially there were no instructions included. It was also very difficult to speak to anyone directly, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. This was particularly upsetting because we had been trying to make moving our daughter into her “big girl” room a fun and exciting experience, and the uncertainty took away from that. Following my concerns, one of the owners personally contacted me to discuss what had happened. I really appreciated the call, the time they took to listen, and the genuine effort they made to resolve the situation. That level of customer care was excellent and made a real difference. Now that everything has arrived, I have to say the product itself is fantastic. Our daughter absolutely loves her new bed and transitioned into it with no issues at all. The bed was easier to assemble than expected, the instructions were clear, and it feels sturdy and well made. Time will tell on its long-term durability, but so far we couldn’t be happier with the product. Overall, Roomix has an excellent product, but in my experience their communication and order updates need significant improvement. If they can bring their customer service up to the same standard as the quality of their beds, they would have a truly outstanding business.

Good bed for my toddler and for us to nip into if she needs a cuddle. I have walked or bashed into it in the darkness and hope the wood is strong enough to withstand the whacks otherwise good product.
My son, 2 years old, and I were co sleeping. A lot of people told me that is going to be hard to get him to sleep in his own bed. From the first night that we used the Roomix floor bed he was excited, calling it his big bed, and slept on his own since then. I am really pleased.
I was really struggling to find a floor bed until I found Roomix. The bed is excellent quality and was really easy to put together. My toddler loves her new bed. It does take a long time to ship, but they’re really good at sending emails so you know where you’re at in the process.
It’s perfect and my little one is so excited!
We are so happy with our purchase. Our 9 month old already loves his new bed. We never had regular crib, I didn’t like the idea of so many purchases and opted for this bed which would grow with him. We also got a small double bed in which both my husband and I have slept with our son several times. The only issue we had was the difficulty in putting the bed together. The bed itself isn’t hard to fix but it was never numbered so we had to figure out and match the pieces to the guidelines. Overall an excellent purchase and would recommend any parents to ditch the regular crib and purchase this lovely bed once.

Lovely bed, our son loves being able to easily get in and out and is proactively going to lie down in it.
Love the look of the bed and it feels solid. The reason for the mid range review is that it is extremely creaky! I have checked all screws are tight, I have waxed everything I can. This has improved the noise but I would definitely not be able to lie with my daughter while she goes to sleep and then get up to leave, the noise would wake her up.
Appears to be nicely made though would have been easier to assemble if the parts were numbered to aid identification. All in all a nice product and the contrast between natural wood and painted sections really improved the look.
My little one likes it. But since the delivery was outsourced to a third party, they could not help to move the parts to the baby room. Was difficult to move it up stairs due to sizes and weight with the packaging.
Fantastic customer service. Faster delivery than expected. However I bought the bed for cosleeping with my 11mo and it is so unbelievably creaky that she wakes if I move even a tiny bit! I've ended up on a mattress next to the bed for now, hopefully it will settle too. The wood is lovely, well finished and easy to put together. I would love if you sold some kind of bed rail bumpers (not the ones that cover the gaps between slats, just that wrap around the very top rails to protect little heads.
Great customer service and lovely product!
I ordered the Roomix Floor Bed in February and, unfortunately, the first bed arrived damaged in transit. While Roomix did eventually replace it, the process took until the beginning of June before I received a correct, undamaged replacement. The biggest downside was the customer service experience. Communication throughout the replacement process was poor, and I regularly had to chase for updates. It often felt like I was the one driving things forward, including pushing for the replacement to be prioritised. That said, the bed itself is nice. The rounded edges were the main reason I chose Roomix over other floor bed brands, and I'm happy with how it looks. Assembly was also incredibly straightforward and took very little time. One concern is that the wood is quite creaky, particularly when moving around on the bed. I'm hoping this settles down with use, but it's noticeable at the moment. I also have some doubts about one of the advertised features. The FAQs state that the entire side panel can be removed when your child is ready, but looking at the construction, I can't currently see how this would work as the slats appear to be attached to the side panel. Perhaps it will become clearer when the time comes. Overall, the finished product looks good and was easy to assemble, but the lengthy replacement process and lack of proactive communication significantly affected my experience.
Love the bed, it's a beautiful design. My son loves it and sleeps so much better in it. Love that I can get in with him and give him a cuddle. We had a slight issue with one of the panels (our fault) and the company sent another one out to us, honestly can’t fault the customer service, I’m so impressed with this company! Love the bed still a few months later!
I don’t think I’ve ever bothered giving a product a negative review but this was unnecessarily complicated and time consuming on top of the fact it was faulty. Putting up the house bed was very complicated which would have been made completely simple by naming the parts… for example putting the top part of the bed together you needed to make sure the dowel was in the right slot which took trial and error to make sure right pieces were together. The base was mostly straightforward but far from simple. Found the locking system difficult to securely connect and then also had a faulty leg. I can’t fault customer services in the fact they tried straightaway to fix the problem by sending my additional fixings for the fixing that was broken and then fixings for the leg that did not have the connection pieces. But there were no directions on how to fix this faulty leg. It would seem I’m expected to fix the problem by using these additional fixings that usually come prefixed to the leg to make things simpler. I choose this product for the fact it was meant to be a simple click system to put together and not too complicated.i would have expected a replacement leg correctly put together. I am currently regretting my decision in purchasing this Bed. The only reason why I’ve given it a 3 is the actual quality of the pine wood is great.
The bed is fantastic quality and build - we really love it. However, we were plagued by delays, very poor communication, I felt I had to chase for every single update. It took maybe 10 weeks from the order being placed, to the order being delivered and we received incorrect parts and had to have correct parts sent out. The communication just isn't good enough and I feel so disappointed as we were so excited for the bed and it is worth the wait.
Kids love the new bed, enjoy playing in it as well.
Beautiful bed! My two and a half year old absolutely loves it. The instructions were a little confusing at the beginning of the build, but once we’d figured out what parts were what, it then took just over an hour to put together. Super sturdy, fantastic quality wood and would definitely recommend.
Where to start really. Was really hoping for a great product and experience building it after watching videos and wanting the best transitioning bed for my toddler. Paying over £600 for a house bed and draws have not been worth it. Building the bed frame was hard. Plus none of the parts had stickers with numbers. That took extra time knowing which part went where as the instructions showered the pieces with numbers on. Then came missing parts. I had no parts with the house frame for the bed. It was so hard to get in touch with someone from ROOMIX. The parts came two days later after someone eventually got in touch with me. It ruined the surprise I wanted for my daughters birthday, The overall bed, is it worth over £600? No. It's creaky and wobbly, the building process has taken hours. Missing parts and marked wood. I expect so much better for my money and my time. Dissatisfied and disappointed with the overall experience. The bed arrived on time and was fairly straightforward to assemble. The quality is great! My daughter absolutely loves it!
Really pleased with the bed that was bought for my Grandson to use. Fast delivery. A missing part was sent out to us quickly and customer services were quick to respond. Very easy to put together and he sleeps in it very happily.
This bed is great, the rails are just high enough to stop my toddler rolling out without being a big climb risk, it's super solid and was honestly the easiest piece of furniture I've ever built. Took 15 minutes to put it together.
Communication from Roomix throughout was very prompt and useful. Product seems good quality. More complex to put together than expected. Some more guidance throughout would have been beneficial especially if building the bed first and then building the legs / draws. There was quite a delay with receiving our product. Compensation was given but very minimal which was a little surprising and disappointing with such a high value purchase. The little one seems to be happy though!
We absolutely love the white and wood look, we also opted for the drawers underneath which is fab for extra storage. The bed is solid and sturdy and my toddler really loves his new big boy bed.
The bed is great and is made very well. My daughter loves it. It did however take two people a long time to build it and some numbered stickers on the pieces would have been very helpful. But in the end it is a great product.
My 19 month old and I love his new bed, feels super secure and was really easy to put together. He can get in and out of it no problem and the small double is a great size for cosleeping. We’ve bought the legs and drawers too which will be great for when he’s older, really handy that it will grow with him!
Bed is nice but came with multi bits of damage. I’d expect better given price and delivery times.
We are very happy with the bed. It was easy to build, and it feels sturdy and well-built. Our son instantly fell in love with it, and he climbs in and out easily on his own. Would recommend the bed for anyone who wants to transition their child to their own room and wants the peace of mind knowing that they won't fall out of bed.
The bed came very quickly in 3 days, and the mattress arrived in 5 days. My daughter loves it, amazing quality and looking!
